The postpartum period is a beautiful time, and also really overwhelming. You are recovering from birth as well as moving through immense physical and emotional changes, all while caring for a newborn. 

As a Registered Nurse, I want you to have consistent, quality support for both you and your new baby. My fourth trimester support packages focus on the whole family. Learn more below.

Newborn Support Packages: sleep and Feeding

In-Home Or Virtual

This service is for you if you are:

  • Having a hard time getting your newborn to fall asleep and stay asleep
  • Frustrated with evening crying
  • Worried feeding is not going well
  • Constantly googling and looking for answers on when the newborn stage will get easier

Standard Newborn Package includes:

  • One 90-minute consultation. I will do a complete assessment of your newborn and provide recommendations for feeding, sleep, soothing, and routines
  • Four weeks of once weekly coaching phone calls
  • Email support for one month
  • Extensive newborn eBook to use as a reference

Upgraded Newborn Support Package includes:

  • Two 90-minute consultations. Typically, I will see you early in the postpartum period to help ensure feeding is going well, and then again around 6 weeks postpartum to work on routines and sleep
  • Seven weeks of once weekly coaching phone calls
  • Seven weeks of email support
  • Extensive newborn eBook to use as a reference

Hourly Postpartum Support

In-Home Or Virtual

At The Mama Coach, it’s our mission to ensure every parent feels cared for and supported immediately following the arrival of their newborn.  As a Registered Nurse, I want you to feel confident in taking care of your infant, as well as yourself, during the postpartum period.

I will come to your home and be your extra set of hands, as you transition to being at-home with your child.  I can also provide this service through virtual sessions.

This service is provided at an hourly rate so that I can answer all of your questions during our time together.  I can also assist in newborn care, including teaching you how to bathe your baby, trimming fingernails, educating about newborn rash, jaundice, cord care, newborn development, and so much more.

This service is for families with a baby under 12 weeks old.

$50/HOUR - $100/HOUR
(2 hour minimum)
